By using RecipeNest ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

To access certain features of the Site, such as saving recipes, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, and recipes ("Content"), is the property of RecipeNest and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Content from the Site without our express written permission.

You are solely responsible for your contributions, such as information submitted through contact forms or recipes saved to your profile. By interacting with the site, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the data to provide and improve the service. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms of Use.

RecipeNest utilizes automated content-generation tools to enhance your cooking experience, including recipe generation and photo analysis. Access to these generation features is subject to monthly allowances that vary based on your membership tier. While we review generated content for quality, you acknowledge that generated information may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of generated recipes. Please use your best judgment and safe food handling practices when preparing any recipe.

We offer premium membership plans ("Recipe Nest Member" and "Annual Member") that unlock additional features such as Learning Worlds, increased Generation allowances, and an ad-free experience. By subscribing, you authorize our third-party payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After this period, your account will revert to the free tier, but you will retain all completed progress, badges, and certificates. We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for your first subscription purchase, provided you have not extensively used the premium features. Prorated refunds are not available. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not to a breach of the Terms.

The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Content. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

For users on the free tier, our Site may display advertisements served by third-party networks (such as Ezoic) and contain affiliate links (such as the AliExpress Affiliate Program). Premium memberships include an ad-free experience. We may earn a commission from purchases made through affiliate links at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party advertisements or external sites.
